Description CGed edit of Sailor Sekhmet. Possibly the only sailor senshi I don't really have anything for;

I attempted a crack at egyptian wear..o_o gold, lapis lazui(the blue) and white....along with red...

The ankh is a symbol of her less destructive persona, Hathor.

And Sekhmet would probably be schizo and/or Multi-personality; one for her less death to all side, and one for that particular death to all side.

Well, in ancient mythos, Ra is the father of Hathor, and Hathor becomes Sakhmet to destroy mankind. And she is considered "The Eye of Ra".

The Ankh is not her henshin object; It's just a symbol of both her other personality as Hathor, and connects the ideas of Sakhmet and Hathor together. Or something like that.

*quotes from Encyclopedia Mythica*

"Hathor, as the Eye of Ra, "becomes" Sakhmet in the story "The Destruction of Mankind". Engraved into one of the shrines of Tutankhamen's tomb, the story tells how Hathor, at the request of her father (Ra), turns into Sakhmet in order to punish humans for transgressing against him. When she nearly wipes out all of humanity, Ra tries to stop her and, failing in that, contrives to get her drunk, whereupon she immediately forgets what it was she was doing and goes back to being Hathor."

And that's where the schizo personality would fit it.o_o Just random Hathor-Sakhmet mixing..... And yes, I spelled Sakhmet wrong-_-;

*continues quoting*

"She was also the "Lady of Pestilence" who could send plague and disease. She was also revered as a healer of these ailments, a role which seems paradoxical in such a bloodthirsty deity."

Which might lead to her element being more abstract....the element of Pestilence I don't think anyone's really done a senshi based totally on causing disease, sickness, and plague just yeto_O. Not that I know of. And of course, with her having the cure...she's quite a little (insert curse word here).

nice design.

:eek: the eyes... the eyes... they burn. hehe. They look like they can hypnotise people. all that dark red. makes her look sort of evil.

Would that ankh be her Henshin Object?

hmm... just saw that her eye is part of a symbol of Ra... is Ra connected to Sekhmet?
