yeah that's the old version of the rf online. if you go the official website, there are many more just like this one. [link]
I prefer Cora because they are pretty and quite easy to use. [link]
Accretias are quite different and bulk and ugly.

On the server I play Cora is outnumbered, most of the people thinks Cora is easier to play and it is so. I prefer to play Accretia. It's harder and more fun to play. When I was level 25-35 I was getting killed by Cora (not by the player, by Isis usually) over 50 times a day, our Armory 117 and 213 were very dangerous for me. Now I'm 38, and grinding pts in Ether. My pts are all full and my primary skills are all GM. I'll be a nightmare for Cora!

Haha... I quit playing when I'm level 47. I was a striker. And as I promised I've become a headache for Cora especially in Ether. From level 14 there is still long way to go... Good luck! Have fun!
