Don't worry, he's not going to hate her, especially as the two have been growing close these days and it's at this point once he hears the whole story about how Hinagiku became the Silver Red and did what she did, he finally tells her everything, including how 10 years ago, his parents Shun and Mrs. Ayasaki racked up a large gambling debt and sold their youngest son to supposedly "A group of Good Men" for a sum of 156,804,000 yen. Hearing the whole truth makes Hinagiku shocked and realizes that these "Good Men" were actually the same ones who tried to go after him, having never knew he had the same past she did. Trust me, it also helps to build up the two sharing their first real kiss, even having a date, as I'm sure Hinagiku would want to make it up to Hayate after hearing him open up to her.
