Shadow from Sonic the Hedgehog (Dark counterpart)
Goku Black from Dragon Ball (Noticeable similarities between him (Goku Black) and Garo); and
Death from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish (Main inspiration, especially for his personality)

Essentially, he is like the evil version of Caro, except he is not really evil, just punishing evil people with sadistic intent. He mostly punishes females, especially the ones who he believes they are acting tough, because he thinks that males are supposed to outpower them (Now this doesn't seem like a good post for women's month)

Further clarification on the attacks:

He can summon two large shadow hands, basically giving him a total of four hands. These hands can scratch the air, creating scratch marks, which unleash red orbs out of them, before the marks disappear. Both the scratch, the mark, and the orbs can make someone bleed, though the scratch itself does the most effect

Also, he can summon ravens that will do his bidding. Their peck is strong enough to create a wound on someone's skin, giving them a certain disease that I would explain later on. Also, they can make very loud squawking noises, that can make people dizzy, and even drive them insane. The good news is that they can be killed, unlike Garo himself, who is actually immortal

The shadow hands can merge together, then explode in a cloud of darkness, releasing more and smaller shadow hands that Garo can control. He can use those additional hands to overwhelm his targets. The mini hands can merge together to form normal shadow hands before they exploded into smaller hands

Finally, Garo can summon wings, and use them for mobility and offense
