Custom License Agreement: Transfer of ownership

Upon purchase of this adoptable:

1. Full Ownership: The buyer will receive complete ownership of the character design with the freedom to use, modify, and monetize it as they see fit.

2. Artwork Rights: Rights to the original artwork are included. The buyer may use it for any personal or commercial purpose.

3. Resale Permission: The buyer has the right to resell the character design and original artwork.

4. Creator's Portfolio Rights: As the creator, I retain the right to display the original artwork in my portfolio for promotional purposes but will not use the design for commercial purposes or resell it.

5. Exclusive Sale: The design will be sold only once to ensure the buyer's exclusive ownership.

6. Non-Refundable: All sales are final. Once the purchase is made, it is non-refundable. Buyers are encouraged to be certain of their purchase decision before proceeding.

7. Attribution: Attribution to me for the original creation is welcomed but not required after the sale.

8. Transferable Rights: The rights granted with the purchase, including resale rights, are fully transferable by the buyer.

9. The creator will guarantee download links are up for a minimum of 14 days & retains the right to remove images published on their profile, with the expectation being that the buyer will have downloaded and secured their copy of the original image by this point.

By completing this purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, confirming the understanding that the sale is final and non-refundable.
