In order to enter the Masquerade at NYAF/NYCC this year, I need to have a link to my previous cosplay work. So I chose NiGHTS to present to them. I'm uploading them here instead of Facebook, cause this is more...public I guess? Lol~NiGHTS (c) SEGA and Sonic Team

Thanks for your comment hun~! But sadly, the way I made NiGHTS' hat, wouldn't work for something as big as Metal Sonic's head. It'd probably cave in on itself in a month or two with all the weight on it. I'm sorry, I wish I could help more! >w< You'll have to find someway to make it thats sturdy.

yes, it is. Can you at least tell me the pattern you used to make the shape? I could probably make it out of cardboard or foam if I knew how to cut it.

I didn't have a pattern, I just winged it~
I'm sorry I'm not being much help, but when it comes to Sonic mascots, you honestly have to find your own way to build them(like a lot of them out there do). I'm making a Sonic mascot myself for NYAF, and again, I'm just winging the head design. :3
Cardboard is a horrible choice though, cause it'll get flimsy with age. Stick with foam and use something for the base. ;3
