Description So, here is the end result to the Batman cosplay group. We debuted at Starfest 2010 in Denver, CO.

I want to thank everyone who participated in our group. I also want to thank Life of the Party in Ft. Collins, CO for providing us with the majority of our costume bases, make-up, and plenty of advise as to what to do with the costumes. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL STORES!

I helped build props for Harley, Mr. Freeze, and myself (Hatter). I modified Batman, Harley, Catwoman, and the Riddler (not shown). I helped make Mr. Freeze. Ivy, Two-Face, Joker, and Harley were able to do their own costumes without help. HAHA!

So here's a little tid bit as to what went into the costumes (from left to right):

Mad Hatter: outfit found at a thrift store. Hat was bought at a local party/costume store and modified slightly with different ribbon. The axe was made with PVC pipe, cardboard, hot glue, and crayola modeling clay.

Joker: outfit was purchased online. Shoes from a dance supplier. Hair was bleached and dyed green by Dani Kronick. Theatrical makeup from the local party/costume store.

Mr. Freeze: Armor was bought from local party/costume store and painted silver and blue. Crayola modeling clay was used for the rings on the dome and around the arms. Dome was made of plexi-glass and a plastic bowl held together by clear packaging tape. The body suit was bought at a dance supplier, underwear from Wal-mart. Shoes and make-up were also from the local party/costume supplier and the paint for the shoes came from a shoe maintenance store (latex paint).

Harley Quinn: Suit was bought online. Modifications came in the collar and booties. Had to re-maike those. The bazooka was made with black PVC pipe, paint, and cement. Theatrical makeup from local party/costume store.

Batman: Batman Halloween costume. Had to completely modify the cowl and cape. Had to take in the suit and add a zipper in the back. New gloves, utility belt, and shoes were bought.

Poison Ivy: Tights, shoes, and wig from local party/costume store. Bra and panties from Victoria's Secret. Oh yes. We went there. ;D

Catwoman: Cat suit, cowl, and gloves purchased online and modified. Cowl had attached goggles at first. We cut them off and added more material to the cowl to make up for the loss and re-made the goggles. Gloves were taken in because they looked like something from Dr. Horrible. Heels were found at a thrift store. Belt was on hand. Whip was from the local party/costume store.

Penguin: Tux was rented locally. Top hat and monocle found at the local party/costume store. Fake cigar was on hand and the umbrella was found at Wal-Mart.

Two-Face: Outfit was found at a thrift store and was burned halfway with a blow-torch. Hair was half bleached and half black, done by Dani Kronick. Makeup was from local party/costume store.

Thank you!!!! We are a cosplay group. We call ourselves the Arkham Associates. We're working on putting a site together because we've got some other cosplay groups in the works too.

We're going to be at Nan Desu Kan. Our biggest group is going to be Rozen Maiden. Pretty much all the girls in the Batman group (Harley, Ivy, Catwoman, Joker, and myself [Hatter] plus another friend of ours) will be cosplaying as the first 6 dolls. We also have a Portal cosplay group started with me as GLaDOS, my best friend from NC as Chell, three of the cores (Curiosity, Logic, and Anger) a Companion Cube and a Turret.

We may or may not be hitting up Mile High Con in our Batman cosplays. It depends if anyone other than me wants to go there this year ;3 haha

We'll also be at Starfest next year. We're in the works of a Hero/Heroine DC characters group as well as an original Steampunk airship crew.

That's about all for now that we're probably going to hit up.

I know! He didn't deserve to look like that. I wish they would bring Jervis back as bad ass as ever. He should show the world that he's a hell of a lot better than Calender Man! XD
