Your job is to get the to join as well to serve you and your mistress which will lead to you becoming more powerful and will move you up in the ranks of the cult. If you rise enough you might even be granted the favor of your patron demon and she might grant you some of her powers like a spell called demonic strength which is a better version of the spell you as a cultist of hers already have. It increases not only your muscle mass but your magic. Or she might even bestow on you the gift of demonic assentation when you become a half demon linked to her for eternity.
