3D project: to do a historical interior.
i chose Santo Domigo de silos: a 1000yr old Romanesque monastery in santo domigo, Spain. i thought the way light passed thru the pillars and arches would look kinda cool. i also made the place excessively cracked and dilapidated; the actual place is in a much better condition.

this is a 3D model, modeled in 3DsMax9/2009 that has been painted over in photoshop. alot. i did the modeling & basic texturing in Max [ i do not know how to do bumpmaps] and painted all the cracks and broken areas, water, plants, etc.
