First I thought she was holding a pile of grass. :-P But I think this is very cute. I love the style. Since you asked for some critique, I thiiiiink the left arm (our point of view) looks a slightly little bit to skinny, since her ellbow is kind of ... mhm... wrong (I am not a native speaker... so it's hard for me to describe why it doesn't look perfectly anatomically right)
Buuut... this is just a tiny thing... hardly worth to mention. It's a wonderfull sketch! :-D
