The crazy scary smart daughter of Karya and Vegeta, Vera. Like... programmed and built a true AI system smart. Vera's able to do a bit of reality bending through her computer systems. Kinda took a bit of Washu to build her back in the day, and that still reflects a bit now.

Tried a few experiments on this one. Not 100% happy with everything, but I'm still very pleased with the results. Forced myself out of my comfort zone to do the cell shading. Not perfect, but I think I did a'right.
