A concept for a character I had in mind

His name is Sid. Sid is a being incapable of feeling pain or empathy. He feeds on raw flesh, and because of this he tends to smell like death and rotting garbage.
He tends to prey on easy targets such as children. He will hide and attempt to blend into theme parks to trick people into believing he is one of the characters and lure them from the crowds into shaded and secluded areas to feast on. He wears a mask with a false smile to hide his mouth, which opens at four points.
