A character I designed way back for a story I never wrote.I haven't come up with a name yet, so for now I just call him Blue cause he's a sad little fellow.

For other news, I have decided I'm gonna buy a new tablet: "XP-PEN Artist 16". I hope this will improve my efficiency. Hopefully I get it before december.
