A couple of days ago i was reading some bedtime stories to my little brother,they were about the Greek gods and i was surprised that despite being greek and named after one i had never drawn any myself.And i used to love greek mythology!So i drew the one i was named after,Athena,Greek Goddess of Wisdom and War,knowledge and logic,strategy and heroic endeavour.Olive tree is one of her symbols (hence the lulzy olive leaves xD) and so is the Parthenon (also lulzy sketchy attempt in the background).I think my attempt on Medusa's head is also funny-looking,she's like D8<
But well,this only a sketch,a (hopefully better looking) coloured version will be done soon.

The beauty and elegance of this piece is just magnificent. The stance, strong, but not aggressive, conveys her multiple sides. Who wouldn't want to worship this goddess? Hello. I was searching for Athena images online because I am thinking about getting a tattoo of Athena and I came across your artwork on the deviantart site. I wanted to ask you if you would be ok with me using your image for a tattoo? Also, do you have any other completed or alternative images of the Athena sketch that I could see to help finalize the tattoo? First of all,i'm very glad to hear you liked my sketch,let alone liking it enough to use it for a tattoo.
I unfortunatelly have left it aside though but i might have a couple images of it,in which i've done a few more things.I could email them to you if that'd be of help or i am open to be commissioned to do a completed piece.In either case,i would kindly ask in return that you'll keep it for your private use only.Also,if you get it done,i would love to see a photo of the final tattoo.

Sorry for my even later reply. I went ahead with the above sketch for my tattoo and it turned out stunning. I get compliments ALL the time. I used the sketch only for my private use (for the tat). I hope you do not mind. I would love to show you a picture how it turned out. I also wanted to know if you would maybe be open to sketching something else for me, I think your work is stunning. I created an account on this site for the sole purpose of trying to get in touch with you, and I'm not sure how it all works. But lets see if we could possibly exchange email address ...
