This is a really intriguing piece of work. The vast array of colours really draws my attention to the piece
I really like the composition of this piece when viewing it the eye is led towards the face of the character
I was going to ask you what medium you used but, I read your description and now I know
I can safely say I've never seen anyone else use acrylic paint and ink in this fashion, so what you have here is a very imaginative and creative piece of art

That's one chaotic, surreal night's impersonalization, just like when you try to imagine yourself stargazing while having only your ceiling above, but lights from passing cars lull you to slight and sensitive sleep. At least, colours are similar.
