I wanted a fox character. orz

I actually started out with a completely different concept, but I just wasn't feeling too good about it at all, and ended up pretty frustrated trying to figure out what I didn't like with it, so I decided to scrap it and start over. Then I doodled a little idea man out on paper, and this was that man!

I actually really like this one ;_;

Personality: A mysterious creature that lurks in the fog. Kind. Sad.

Items: A single mask, unchanging in shape or expression. Their true face is unknown. They are always wearing the mask.

About: An odd creature that lives beyond the far edges of civilization. It is rumored that they sometimes change shape and wander in to human populations. Hidden in plain sight. No one has ever caught them. Those who have gone out in search of them typically fail to see anything beyond the fog. It is thought that they will only reveal themselves in their true form to those they deem worthy of their trust.

Extras:
- They have 9 tails, but can temporarily "hide" a few of them so that they are not as bulky, or do not take up as much space.
- They have never been seen without their mask. Even by those who they trust.
- When they speak it is as though a choir were singing in chords. They rarely ever speak above a whisper however, so it is not often one hears this effect.
- They are able to temporarily shapeshift into various other forms. While in these other forms, their mask becomes their "face." If they shift, or remove the mask, the illusion drops. The mask will take on the appearance of a normal face while in these other forms. It only appears as a mask in their base form.
- Their face is never seen without the mask on in their base form.
