Very good, a bit of friendly critique would be that the surrounding up splash of water makes it look a bit like the piece of ice is being dropped but the underwater part of it does not support this, adding a bit of streaming bubbles and an air pocket would support this more, I do not how ever think this is what you really aimed for, and I might be just rambling from tired mind...
Any way, keep up the good work

It may not impress you but I like it. I like the idea, the contrast between above and below, and those jet penguins! It find it the most dynamic composition within your work.

Like this side view, it looks like I am viewing this from a huge aquarium. The two penguins going the opposite way balance this scene.

I often experience the feeling of not being totally satisfied with an image I've been working on (OCD, anal to the max - that's me).  Trust me dude, you have nailed this image with a triple shot from Mjollnir!  Absolutely incredible!

I'm not sure why you wouldn't like this.  Perhaps there is a need for something to give scale to the image?  Or, I know, yeah this is it: That penguin headed off to the right needs a name badge of "Tail End Charlie" or something
