Ohs, I see.If you actually have the program installed, it's easier to see how ou animate them. (Also, you need a little knowledge about frames, but it's not that complicated) (Oh yeah, and there's motion data you can download from people
Making characters are more complicated < _ > But there's alot of good tutorials on youtube, you can search PMD editor tutorials to find basics. But if you want to add bones, you could Visit FullMiku's channel >_ It's hard to explain in text X'D
