Design requirement was approx 860 homes, in 7.3 acres of land. With a maximum F.S.I of 400.
The design was aimed to promote social interaction- and social inclusivity. By mixing the units- vertically- along the cores, and by increasing the number of units a core caters to on every floor. This was also done to generate a visually stimulating facade.
