Description Trying to clean out some of my folders, need to finish all this art laying around!

Katniss I have lots of fan art from when I read the 1st book (and that's all I have read so far, so don't spoil me!) Hopefully Peeta and Gale will make an appearance here too

I faved this a while ago because a friend said to me, "Check this out, doesn't this look JUST like one of your characters?" And it does, and I was very happy about it. But now I just read the first book of the Hunger Games, am itching to get my hands on the second, and I appreciate this about 50x more. This is a compelling picture -- I think you really captured Katniss' character, and I love the sense of movement and watchfulness that you achieved. Very well-done. I'm now sharing this will all the Hunger Games fans I know.

Thank you so much, that is such a wonderful compliment! She is a really fun character to draw and try to realize. I am still working my way through these books, just got the last one to read... just in time for the movies
