this is most likely the anime. Well I see your missing a few. Wicked (black) lady, Fiore, the ice queen, queen metellia, pharoah 90, and queen badianu (I dont know how to spell that last one) But yah. I can understand pharoah 90 being hard to draw though. And if you wish to make it manga then sailor cosmos, sailor quartet, sailor phi and chi, sailor chaos, sailor heavy metal pepalion, sailor chaos, sailor pewter fox, sailor titantian kerokko, sailor mitus kerokko, and dark sailor mercury.
