I quite like the symmetry of this photograph, it's been centered near perfectly!
Might I suggest that you invest in a bit of editing so that the structure is even more clearly discernible from the grayness of the background?
Also, going by the name, even though you were probably being very matter of fact, there's a lovely metaphor hidden in there somewhere x) Along the lines of power seeking to create a grid of conformity within which it can function / be exercised.
