Description EDIT 2:  Check this out! Edit 1: YEAHOOOOO!!!! XD My dream come true now hahaha!!!! Okay now this artwork has become old, but please do fave it nonetheless

The following description is OLD:To be honest, Im as confused as Charizard with this recent addition to the Poke-universe.... But I dont hate nor do I love it. I just think that the designs are super cool and Im happy with the fact that Megaevos motivated me to draw something digital again
Its also weird that the first PKMN game I ever played (LeafGreen*) I chose Charmander, whom i nicknamed MegaBlaze
Anyway, MB was referenced from the game intros, trailers etc. the pose is refered from ChiChi's martial arts stance. Charizard was reffed from this guy .
Photoshop over a couple of hours... Zoom in and see the messiness orz
My favorite mega evo (so far) is MegaAbsol! XD If they do release a Mega Charizard, then Imma just faint. AND DROOL.

Also, I get that Charizard's right wing is ultra large compared to his left one... I'll edit it later

XD although i was sad that he's stil Fire/Flying even though his looks seem to be mostly Dragon-influenced -__-

On the plus side, he still has his ground immunity along with the ability of drought.

Also the Charizard line was primarily based off of the legendary salamander.  Not actual dragons.

Ooh nice In emerald, I chose Torchic once, then I also played it with Mudkip. My fave emerald starter is Mudkip tho. Swampert's a badass xDDDD Imagine, if they made a MEGASWAMPERT!! That would be one hell of a tank! XD

Mega-Swampert would be awesome! i played with Mudkip too when i was done with torchic i didn't try Treeko but my bro did and he regretted it...

Mega Swampert really would kick ass. Treeko is the hard mode of emerald lol xDD


I havent played any mystery dungeon games yet althoug i started blue rescue team and quit since it was a little not of my tastes.

so. open question. do you think mega-evolution will increase stats, or just change typing and/or abilities?

(maybe some special moves like the rotom series?)


P.S. Giratina HAS to have something to do with mega-lucario. or are all the mega evolutions based off legendaries, like the therian kamis? I know Absol kinda looks like reshiram if you think about it, but that's about it.

frankly, i couldnt care less about MEs but i think its a temporary boost. they look cool tho


reply to your PS: i think the team was aiming at a "badass" look and feel to the "older" pokemon which we love, hence the digimon-esque approach. but hey, we wont know for sure until we play the game!!

Well, cruising Cerulean Cave after defeating the E4.... Finding that mindboggling maze which leads to a single pokemon, meditating in the center of the field... That music.....


A wild MEWTWO appeared!


I always saved my MasterBall for Mewtwo. I used a shitton of ultras for Mew and the other legendaries XD
