[RULES OF PURCHASE]
So before you look over the information and decide on what baby you wish to purchase/adopt, please read these rules!
I will not Accept Levels as Payment for anything OTHER than Traitless Mons!
That's right, only traitless normal mon's will be accepting level's as payment. Any crossbreed's, morph's or fusions will not be allowed level's as payment, so please do not ask or attempt to haggle. Only if a mon has gone unsold for a long time will I even consider taking levels and if I DO accept the level's, they must be completed within a time period I set for you that we agree upon is enough time to get the amount of levels done in.
NO RESELLING
Under no circumstances are you to resell any mons bought from me. If you no longer want the mon anymore or feel you are unable to give it the attention and love it deserves, I will be perfectly willing and able to refund you the points you spent on it and take it back for you to resell or adopt out myself. This rule is in place for personal reasons, I am simply not a fan of reselling. If you wish to gift the mon to someone else without receiving payment for it then be my guest, but absolutely NO RESELLING. Please above all else respect this rule.
NO TAKING TO OTHER GROUPS
Under no circumstances are you to move the mons you buy from me to other groups. If you ask me, the answer will always be no. If I have no way of buying them back if you no longer wish to have them, then it's a no. And I will not be joining any other groups that are nation-esque. I will not budge on this.
Only ONE Pokemon per buyer
This one doesn't really need explaining. I want to be fair and make sure that a lot of people have a chance to get their hands on a mon so only one per person.
You are not to Reuse the Clutch Artwork for your Reference
Once you purchase/adopt a mon you are to draw the reference image yourself, by no means are you allowed to repost the artwork used in the clutch image to your own account.
If you have more mons in your ranch than you have reffed, then I will not sell to you
This is non negotiable, if you only have a small handful of refs compared to the amount of mons on your actual ranch, and you owe a lot more people payment for other mons and are not keeping up with the payments, you will not get anything from me. I want these pokemon to go to good homes that will care about them and actually DRAW them. Not just horde them. I'm sorry if this upsets you, but I will not budge on this rule, not even an inch. And I will be checking your PKMNation account and your DA account to see how many refs you have done and how many mons you have.
