There's another shot of him looking at the camera with a stare, i was moving my camera about quite a bit for the blur, still behind the railing rather than leaning on top, i saw him do this and thought...did i see that. Happy i got it in focus because this was 1/6 shutter. Same Oxford Circus steps as always, packed, light, there's no tap on the shoulder, 'err...can i ask what you're doing??'. Just occasional finger from someone.
