A bit too late to post even though I started sketched it before his bday came up but few days I don't have energy to finish it on time so its a bit rushed 😭 and the reason I'm late cause I've been squealing internally at people's artworks for his bday and then his official bday artwork and the chibi version came up, and kk uploaded phony for Chongyun's bday which just make my day >w<)b

at least I brought Chongyun to Uyuu's Restaurant in Inazuma and treat him Inazuman dishes (his favourite food) until everyone are full 😂
activate his hangout in front of Wanmin Restaurant so I can play (poorly) Happy Birthday song with lyre while he just stared xD
released few Xiao Lanterns and balloons (if only it doesn't have CD so I can spam as many as I want lel) and gave a day off for everyone from expedition c: I hope that make up for him even he's just a fictional character. x)
