nothing to see here, just uploading a back catalogue of stuff I made for the 3D-era GTA's

fixes a R* cock-up where you'd have to climb stairs to get over a wall to get into the depot. To make the fix, I basically removed the useless top stairs and opened up the section of boundary wall and remade the bottom and sides.
