Description When a new model comes along, it's sometimes difficult to keep focused on a particular project or theme. Such was the case with Forge World's awesome Black Templar Dreadnought , which managed to completely derail my various Ultramarines builds.

Of course, the trouble with Forge World is the sheer diversity of their models; too often, the various arms for a dreadnought kit won't match the look or theme of the torso, leading to an unbalanced or inconsistant appearance. Fortunately for me, Citidel had recently released a beautifully detailed pewter Venerable Dreadnought kit, the arms and powerplant for which made an excellent addition to the Executioner's final build.

It looks like youve either previously painted it, or you bought it used, what did you use to strip the paint off the forgeworld resin?
