Hehe, sorta? Overwatch sure love their severed / cybernetic limbs. 
To be fair, I was thinking of a character with a robotic arm in Starcraft, which I think inspired a number of designs in OW.

Junkyard! Sounds great for me. Made me remind that TV series, "Junkyard wars". Suppose is a kind of comtetition around junkyards? If is, I am already liking the idea, as well those chars fit so well: The manager, the boss, the brains, the muscle.... as is your skill, great design of chars ^^

It's a bit like Junkyard Wars...! But it's more split so the building process takes up the first 1/4 to 1/3 and the rest is outwitting your opponent / avoiding dangers on the racetrack.

Very delightful designs. The colours are so candylicious, and all the props the characters have make the image even more exciting! My favourite would be the Savant and the Bedlamite. Hope you don't mind me asking where the game'll be available at?

Well, the card game has a bit of work to go (*whips self*) but it might be ready before the end of the year.
The studio that hired me is ICOSA Entertainment, and their main game Pure Steam is here: puresteamrpg.com/ but Junkyard Derby is its own thing (I believe it has a Kickstarter page)

The character designs are delightful; even more I really like the palette color choices for each of them. This is some excellent steam-punkeryness going on here; shenanigans are bound to ensue. Erm, very well done.

Advice - for your peace of mind: Keep these individual unflattened images as the control set. Save a duplicate set. Try lightening the backgrounds a tiny bit on the duplicates; the characters should pop without everything on the characters going muddy or looking totally out of place. OK? It takes someone who has worked for print for years to know where the pitfalls are. We're also the ones who recognize that unasked for advice can start unintended issues when our own work isn't currently plastered all over the media-verse.

(near the bottom). I should try and do more art streams sometime to better show the process.....
Haha, the Huckster is the equivalent of the DnD character who maxes out on charisma. If you play as that character your innate skill is you get to swipe a card from another player's deck. XD;

It is a game! I was privileged to try out the prototype with the creator and I was super hooked.
(now it's just on me to complete the artwork for it)
