It's entitled Last Strike because in the orginnal Grand Chase game, he tends to use the dragon/wyvern attack when he has low HP.
Apparently, he broke his other shield/sword thingy on his left arm.

I mean....I managed to beat him with a lvl 20 Jin :/
But I digress.....
The drawing itself looks quite cool and I really liked the angle you've used to show both him and the dragon
But the background seems a bit too dark
To me it would have more "Impact" if you used more orange, red and yellow in the background
