I know the quote, but I can't read it any other way. Perhaps some colour to add some contrast to words.

Slight design flaw, the You're is a little too close and high so it ends up getting misread in that part. It should read: none of you seem to understand. I'm not locked in here with you. You're locked in here with ME!

Very well done, though I can't help but finding the position of "you're" a bit off. I first read "I'm not locked you're" because they are of a more equal size, leading the eye there first. Other than that this is pretty good.
