The contrast between the cold, dark interior of the building where the photo was taken and the vivid outside is very beautiful. The notion that such a lively place keeps such a sad message is interesting.

it didn't look that desert like that day I guess. It's nicely aligned. I particularly like the plaques on the floor.

Nice use of the gates as a frame, that attracts your eye to the cross and the clouds emphasize it even more. You have been lucky to catch such a cloud position. And a nice title, too.

I like the lighting. Please take this as a compliment (Vertigo is one of my favorite movies), it reminds me of the missionary in Vertigo. A true Alfred Hitchcock shot. xD

Hmm really shows Mexico's beauty.
Sadly I've only been to the bordertowns Mexicali and Nogales. But Mexicali is a Photographer's paradise....Sadly it ws a few years ago before I had my camera....
And it's the film that made Alfred Hitchcock famous. I reccomend any film of his...they are pure artistic genius.

Pararte en la puerta es impresionante, logras ver la gran extensión de tierras donde se ven los ejidos y sus divisiones. Ves un desierto habitado donde no entiendes como es posible la supervivencia.
