But finally I had to resort to SAI to light effects ;;

I think I'm going to use it more often, I'm in SAI block mode orz

Resort to SAI for light effects? I thought people resort to Photoshop for that...
I prefer using SAI too, it seems that I can draw smoother lines in SAI. If only it has more layer effects like Photoshop!

XD I tried at first with the filters of Photoshop, but I prefered doing it myself
One of SAI layers does lovely shinig effects **

And all brushes and textures Photshop have
But SAI is still far better *___*

Really? Maybe I should try only using SAI for a pic sometime. It's actually a bit troublesome to use two programs for a single picture...

I really like the brush feature for Photoshop too. It helps lazy people like me to fill up the background!
