Living legend and World Champion (highest earning, highest number of wins) Quarter Horse Racing jockey, Eddie Garcia (red/white silks foreground), makes his move from the very back of the pack alongside the grandstand side to overcome the leaders and win the second race of the day. Here you can see how far back he was and the finish line pole is just to my right within arm's length. A lot can happen in less than a second. I did not think it possible that he was going to make the wire in time considering how late he chose to make his move, but the man is not World Champion for nothing. As you can tell from the foreground, took this alongside the rail on a spectacularly hot day.
