Description
A slightly older pic I never got around to uploading of my Fire/Psy Dominator in City of Villains.

Ardere, as he is known, tried to summon spirits of vengeance to get revenge after his entire community was wiped out by mercenaries. The spell went awry and the spiritual energy got trapped inside Ardere giving him the power to avenge those he lost. He pretty much ends up destroying everything in his path while hunting down the mercs.
