Okay, SOMEHOW, got this to work. >W< I seriously don't know why dA was thinking the file was a .exe, even after giving it some time to work itself out. I was quite clearly submitting it as a .gif. I don't know, maybe somehow Photoshop screwed up the save...? But I had redid the save, hoping that it might fix it, but it didn't. So...

...Yeah, I don't really know! But either way, running it through a gif optimizer somehow got this to work! XD There were no changes made to the quality of the gif, technically, it is practically the same thing.

Omg, I throughly enjoyed making this! :'D This is my first time actually drawing a truly insane character for one of these, and it came out so great in my opinion! XD But it's not quite the second frame I like the most, it's the first! XD It's kind of hard to see because of the dark colors (which, by the way, sorry for the dark colors, even after highlighting it. I tried to keep true to the characters original colors! X3 ), but basically he's just so passive and like bah, screw this world. >W< I really love how that frame turned out! :'D

Either way, hope you enjoy this! Thank you for giving me such an awesome character to work with! XD And this definitely should work, unlike the last glitch icon I posted. I now know that it needs to be under 15 kb, not 25, lol! XD
