This is a gift for my friend.
DD He drew me a Jigglypuff picture, so I thought it'd be nice to draw him something. :3 He said he wanted me to draw him in anime form, so I was sure to make this picture look super generic anime. :U That's why he's in Tokyo battling robots. X3 I hope you all like it~!
