I'm 29 and currently work at an animation studio in Connecticut. I sketch and paint primarily in my free time.

Speak softly and carry a big graphite stick.

I believe in trying to give the most meaningful critique possible. Sometimes the most helpful criticism I've received has also been the harshest. As artists, we strive for constant improvement, and this doesn't mean protecting our ego. This means honing our ability to take critique with grace, gratitude... and sometimes a grain of salt when necessary :)
