I'm still ongoing with RWBY and Voltron (love them), but not so much Steven Universe anymore.
I think I stopped after some of season 4 or after Onion's Gang episode.

So first, can you tell me what rules or limits you have over what you can or won't draw please?
Also, are you familiar with any of the following? Yu-Gi-Oh, Disney's Aladdin and Treasure Planet, the Legend of korra, Total Drama and the Ridonculous Race, Dangan Ronpa, Free Iwatobi, Gravity Falls.
And finally, how many characters can you draw per request?

For the record, i'll base the request on 1 or 2 of the shows that you know.

I can draw Aladdin, Legend of Korra, and Free. Since I don't really know the others that well and I've only watched 3 episodes of Gravity Falls, I'm not too determined to draw those lol. 
I'd also prefer if it was one character because 2 would be kinda pushing it for me since I get kinda "wonky" focusing on two characters instead of one.

I will do my best. Although I recently got a really bad cold so it might take a while to get to your request.
So, to clarify, the background would not be the landscape of Aladdin but of Republic City? Could you send me a link to the Republic City reference you want me to use if you do choose on the background being Republic City?
