Hey! I got your "The rain collector" comic from the comics festival, and I must say it's really great. I love the style of art in it. The hand made greyscales, the thick line art along side the amount of detail in all the panels, made it feel very warm and relaxed. Not stiff at all. Really awesome!
I also really enjoyed the twist ending. At first I felt the story was a bit basic perhaps, but the twist really made me go "AAA! Cool!", and also the VERY end with the well, felt a bit like an end in a Grimm story :A
I really liked it. The only constructive criticism I guess would be that the English dialogue at some points felt a bit like it wasn't the characters mother tongue. Often no matter how good one is with a foreign language, it still kinda feels like a foreign language, you know. But that is a very minor point. I guess personally I would have liked this more in Finnish :A
Good job all around! I hope to see more of your stuff in the future.

Hei kiitos paljon kommentistasi! On ihana aina kuulla lukijoiden mielipiteitä. Sarjakuva on tosiaan aika vanha ja meitinkin, että tulevaisuudessa teen sarjakuvani varmaan suomeksi. Olen tennyt paljon myös lyhyitä mykkä sarjakuvia, koska dialogit joita luon eivät aina tunnu niin luonteikkailta englanniksi. Mutta hienoa, että pidit Sateenkerääjästä! : )

Moi, luin tänään koulussani (IJKK) sarjakuvan transgender aiheesta ja siinä taisi olla myös sun tekemä lyhyt sarjispätkä, ja halusin vaan sanoa että sen piirustustyyli ja tarina oli hieno, sen sanoma kosketti sydäntä; "just be yourself".
