Hiya! I've looked through your gallery and noted some things you could practice on. You're already good with faces, but you need to improve your anatomyskills. You have a tendency to paint arms that are a bit too long and legs too short, in some paintings, not all though. Here are some good tutorials or "guides" on anatomy:

I also think you need to try more bolder colors, and more contrast in your pics, to liven them up a bit more. And perhaps study lighting a bit. Your Scout Emma is a great pic with very nice colors, you should try do more pics with saturated colors, since that one's so good.

Otherwise, you're great with making eyes and faces. Just keep on polishing your anatomy, and study manga more!
