Yeah that's exactly what happened to me! I got a 20 on my ACT and I needed a 21 to take college algebra and they didn't tell me til it was too late to take the ACT over again, and that's why I was complaining to you that I had to take the CPT =/

No it just means I'm going to have to take Intermediate Algebra after high school but it's not going to count as a college math credit, it's going to count as an elective credit and that would just be a complete waste of time. You could take the CPT with me and see if you pass out of Intermediate and go into regular Algebra.
