Okey, i'll take it again then, photograph is all about capture the photo in right time, so it could expose, if it is a summers day, you must have short time, you dont need so mutch time, if its darker you must have longer time.. If you have longer time aswell, it will be fuzzy if you hold, though you cant hold a camera for more then about 0.5 seconds.. Also when you have longer time you can get thoose mation blurs. wich are pretty cool.

Hi man, saw your question on the forum, i'll try to answer your question with my best and knowleadge...
1. I recommend that you take the best quality as posible, though if you want to print out any picture, you wont get nice photos with only (640x480). So 640x480 is way too small..
2. The easister answer is, hold the camera away from you and try not to bread at the time you take the photo...
3. Well, if you going to shoot at night, you cant have the same result as daylight, that you can do if you got a good camera is to change the time, if its pitch black you might need 30 seconds, for example to take on the sky... I've a picture in my gallery that was 30 seconds time, [link] . It was almost pitch black in that room... it was in a darker - room.
Or you might get a good flash, but i wouldnt recomend that, in my opinion flash picture can be good, but often they get to white looking pictures..
Hope i could answer you the questions you wanted...
