She's pretty new, her normal name is Inella Ivy, and she has 3 powers, her main one being she has wings >.>
Her Hero name is Scarlet Touch and is the reason she's called that is she is a red head whom second ability is to steal or borrow other hero's abilities, as well as precognition.
