I'm in love with your bots! When one thinks of robots they often times automatically think rigid sharp angles and NOT smooth round edges and shapes. I've been working on robots myself and keep struggling with how to keep it looking robot-like but round things out. Now that you've done these pieces I'm curious as to whether you'll think I'm stealing your ideas if I put up my pieces. Your robot designs succeed immensely, and mine pale in comparison to yours. I may scrap em. Anyhow, LOVE these guys! I love the colors and the texture and the shapes of the bodies, you can see such character in each of them. SO cool!

Sorry just got your reply. I've been on I just didnt see it, thank you so much. Im happy to say that I've started my own projects most of which have been trash. Im still figuring things out. One project that seems to be promising is a replica mask from an upcoming movie called Franklyn. You can see the perview here. [link]
I dont know much about the movie I just like the mask. Hope you like the idea.

Wow really? As big as the deviantart community is, I guess it's small enough. Where abouts are you? Athens?

But my family is still in Arab.

you have a very interesting and original gallery. it makes me want to attempt the more ambitious projects that i've wanted to to but have been afraid to fail at

My recent philosophy on art making is that you have to completely do away with any kinds of fears. When you have a fear of failing, you are blocking yourself from trying things that you wouldn't otherwise think of. If you just kind of thrust yourself into doing whatever project is before you, you tend not to even think about failure. Instead, you think about the end product, and whether or not it sticks to your plans. And if it doesn't, it can either be in a way that pleases or displeases you, but either way you've completed the project and can move on and leave it up to other people to talk about. Plus, I find that you learn more and can adapt to changes or problems faster and more efficiently when you just thrust yourself into it.
