No, finding the site you stole the work from does not count as obtaining the artist's permission to use the work. Be an adult about this, acknowledge your mistake and remove whatever doesn't belong to you from your gallery. It's really simple. If you just want to post random images of your odd belly button fetish go to 4chan. You will find those waters far more inviting.
