Hi Dan! I sculpt since 1996, but started with anatomy since 2003. I sculpt approx. 1,5 figure a year ... I am a very slow worker ... :( (Sad)

Hard to give tips into the blue ... heheh ... Don't know what clay you use(d). Polymer? Or airdrying clay? I use the last and it is very important to moisten the underground before you add new clay. It's also very important to give the joints time to harden completely before you continue. You might search YouTube for interesting 'how to' video's. I love the works of Philippe Faraut for instance.
