Well you'll be the main manga artist, basically your going to have to learn to draw quickly + with a little less fine detail. Consider this, i'll be taking an A4 page of manga and converting it to a regular manga size.
So the reduction isn't major.
Jess will be working on all full colour pictures for the covers.

I've become a completely new script, we're gonna go for the staple diet of Mecha. IF YOU CAN'T DRAW MECHA tell me now. I don't mind i can very quickly switch to one of my many scripts i have written up.

Hopefully should have a fully storyboarded script up and running before the christmas holidays.

Basically the process will go -
1. Discussion of Script Ideas between us
2. I write the script + send you character bio's.
3. You draw up a full A4 character sheet for each character. Preferably including a detailed body sketch with range of emotions placed around the body, an inclusion of a chibified version of the character is optional. If the character uses any weapon it would most preferably be included along with the sheet drawn in detail.
4. After careful analysis of the character, if it suits the picture i have in my head, the character sheet will be framed and placed in safe storage at my current location.
5. I'll storyboard for the characters, basically i'll just have the text bubbles and any important events that need to be in each cell.
N.B. The storyboarding is completely optional for you to follow. As long as the character's follow the script (Which you do get a say in) i won't object unless i see something i don't like.
6. As you complete each page in pencil it will be scanned and stored safely until the manga is complete.
7. Once an entire volume is complete, each page will be inked and scanned again. Any touching up will be completed by me on the computer.

It takes a lot of time and effort on your part, and for the first couple of volumes we will need to do it in this manner. Once we have a bit of a reserve of cash i can hire some talented people to ink and draw the backgrounds + filler pages.

I'll supply all the inking tools you will need and if I feel generous I may even buy you a graphics tablet.
It depends on how well the manga goes.
