# About me
I have been painting and drawing all my life. The point at which i realised I'm good at this was in year 4 (first year junior school) when I drew a mallard duck for a school project and was then told to take it to show all the other classes in my year. Quite a confidence boost for a child of 7. I knew then that is what i would do in life, make art.I am fortunate enough to be able to turn my hand to most forms of art. So expect to see variety in my work rather than a distinctive style. I tend to work these days mostly in digital and have been getting caught up in the pin up imagery of the 50's.

wow man, when i saw avril i tought ''wtf...o.o...omg..perfect'' and i like to draw using reference photos but i don't know how to paint it.. can you give me some tips please ??

yeah been a big fan of miyazaki since i started elementary
school. but...i've never had the ability to reproduce...
rather, to reinterpret his work artistically before, because
my skill just didn't match up to his concepts. but more recently
i've been going into photoshop..probably for about a year or so.
the first thing i tried to digitally paint was of course then from
my favorite movie of all time, laputa.
you should watch it. i liked howl's moving castle as well,
it has a lot of depth that takes more than one watch to realize.

i was told to watch Spirited Away a while ago but i only got round to seeing it recently. It was quite hyped up so I guess it put me off a little but I really like it. I did notice that Howls Moving Castle didn't get as rave reviews as Spirited but i actually liked it far more than Spirited but then they are quite different from each other. I love the illustration of the castle itself. Beautiful imagery.
I has been quite inspiring been watching Ghost in the shell. It makes me want to draw manga but at the same time i hate some of the manga styles. I guess i prefer the more final fantasy imagery and adult manga (but not all the nakedness, lol, what is it with the japanese?!?)

Only on some of them. I'm supposed to be the one in the blue dress the other rag doll in red is my friend Ren. So if there is a lot with her she has this habit of saying things which then fuel inspiration to make images but i have a couple of new images coming with two new ppl so keep ya eyes open.
