Social media has become your own personal bubble, giving you culturally and politically only what you want to hear based on your likes, followers, and demographic data. Artistic expressions exist regardless of your political stance or community base. There is No Neutral is the no man’s land of political aesthetics. We are that wide space between all these shouting sides where carefully curated and collected media can serve as a representation of all of our voices. Today, we are waving the white flag, surrendering the echo chamber to your voice. We ask all who express themselves visually, literally, poetically to come meet us in the middle. Come say what you want with the hope of reaching to the other end of the spectrum.
MISSION
This online platform is meant to showcase the art works, self-expressions, and political aesthetics of artists and community engagers who are not formally represented in the local media or traditional artistic institutions. All are welcome to submit their works to be published as a snapshot of the aesthetics of this time. This includes people of color, marginalized individuals, indigenous peoples, LGBTQ and their allies, socialists, libertarians, republicans, communists, democrats, snowflakes, deplorables, the resistance, Bernie supporters, Trump lovers, immigrants, undocumented peoples, and more!
